Forfars:

Sussex’s longest established family bakers. Daily baked fresh breads and pastries, serving the county in the same family, baking and milling since the 1500’s.

Brief: 

To increase the awareness within Sussex of being the only bakers who deliver daily freshly baked breads and pastries. Additionally to tell the Forfars story of baking and milling since the 1500’s, hopefully appealing to people in the community who are interested in conservation and history.

Result:  

A competition was devised in association with a local children’s author which gained a feature in The Argus and an interview and feature with Sussex Life magazine will be published in their March 2012 issue.
